Ain’t Wasting Time follows Nicky T and the Snake Charmers’ 2021 debut, Life on Life’s Terms. Rooted in tradition yet energized by the present, the eleven-track album reflects years of live performance while honoring influences such as B.B. King, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Magic Sam, and Ronnie Earl.

The band features Nicholas Tabarias (Nicky T), on guitar and vocals; Andy Szymanski on keboards; Chris Codish on keyboards; Frank Greenhalgh on bass; Alex Lyon on bass; Pete Berg on drums; and Todd Glasso on drums. The occasional horn section is Keith Kaminski (tenor and baritone saxophone) and Charlie Miller (trumpet) and is always outstanding. Vocalist Greg Nagy sings powerful lead on three songs and adds backing vocals on another. Additional contributors include guitarists Josh Ford and Ronnie Earl and harmonica player Kurt Crandall.
