Diane Blue‘s new album, Live! At The Fallout Shelter, features the vocalist and harmonica player Blue, along with Chris Vitarello (Guitar), Dave Limina (Hammond B3 organ), and Lorne Entress (drums), on seven originals and two covers. The release, co-produced by Blue and drummer Lorne Entress, was recorded at The Fallout Shelter in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Contemporary blues are the focus in this set. The territory covered moans, sighs, and simmers. Particularly pleasing is the overall pace of the live event. The musicians are given time to fully explore and occasionally surprise. The listener is bound to project themselves into the audience captured on the recording. One definite album highlight features Blue, who is matched note-for-note by special guest guitarist Ronnie Earl. Stupendous.
